Does it place real orders?

No: it stops before confirming the order. If you want, it can complete the whole purchase.

How often does it check?

You choose for each store: from once a day up to every hour on the Free plan, or up to every 5 minutes on the Agency plan.

We check that people can actually buy from your online store.

We place test purchases day and night, just like a customer. If something breaks, we alert you right away.
